Snow program v1.0 by Jason Winnebeck

Notes on the snow.cc file:
The C++ source code is included with this program, and is total freeware. Feel
free to totally rip me off ;). You need DJGPP with Allegro 3.1 to compile
this file. If you are not a programmer, you may delete this file or totally
  ignore it.

Notes on the CFG files:
The default snow.cfg sets the screen to a 320x200 mode with reasonable
parameters, and can run on any 486 or above.
High performance (Pentium 200MMX+) computers might want to try a higher
resolution with more snow. Simply type the command switch at the prompt in
the same directory as snow and it will switch the modes. The drawback to
this is more aestetic rather than performance -- the snowflakes are much
smaller, and may look worse, again a matter of preference.
You can edit the cfg files on your own -- There are instructional comments
inside the .cfg file as to what to change: number of snow flakes,
  resolution, etc.

System Requirements:
486 based computer for default mode
Pentium based computer with 1024x768 SVGA VESA compatable video card
(most are VESA compatable, at least through windows)

If you are not running under windows, you need cwsdpmi.exe which is
available in some DOS game's directories (ie Quake 1) or you can download
    it from http://members.aol.com/gillius/
